Transmission via cXML

One possible way to make articles available to the requester in Coupa is to connect via a punch-out catalog. This connection method is suitable for suppliers with a very large number of articles. However, we would like to point out at this point that the articles in a Punchout catalog are not listed in the standard lists of the requisitioners.

Upload via CSV file

To use a Coupa catalog, the supplier must first create a CSV file with a defined record structure. This file can be uploaded and released by the supplier in the Coupa Supplier Portal or sent to Rodenstock by e-mail.
